These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Next Action Guide ("NAG", "we", "us", "our"), including the NAG website (nextaction.guide), the NAG Helper desktop application, the NAG World of Warcraft addon, our Discord bots, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, downloading the NAG Helper app, installing the NAG addon, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, including through Discord, Battle.net, or email-based sign-in.
NAG provides a World of Warcraft addon that displays real-time rotation recommendations based on class and spec logic, and a desktop companion application ("NAG Helper") that manages license keys, addon installation and updates, Warcraft Logs performance tracking, a coaching marketplace, friend and messaging features, a subscription store, and a creator partner program. Features described as "coming soon" are not yet available and are provided for informational purposes only.
Certain features of NAG require an active subscription plan, which grants a limited number of class license keys. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Tebex. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Except where required by law, purchases of digital license keys are final and non-refundable once a key has been activated or used. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing and plan contents with reasonable advance notice.
NAG Credits ("NC") are an internal virtual currency usable only within the Service to pay for subscriptions, coaching sessions, and other in-Service purchases. NAG Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable except through features we explicitly provide (such as friend transfers), cannot be redeemed for real currency except through an approved creator payout process, and may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these Terms.

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of NAG Credits, and revocation of license keys, at our discretion.
NAG facilitates connections between students and independent coaches. Coaches are not employees or agents of NAG. Payments for coaching sessions are held and released according to our session workflow. Disputes should be raised through the in-app dispute process; we will make a reasonable effort to mediate but are not liable for the quality or outcome of any coaching session.
Approved creators may participate in referral, content, coaching, or rotation-building partner tracks. Revenue share percentages, tiers, and thresholds are set out in-app and may be updated from time to time with notice to active partners. We reserve the right to approve, decline, suspend, or remove partners at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or our community guidelines.
The NAG addon is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0). The NAG Helper application, website, brand assets, and all other Service components not separately licensed remain the exclusive property of Next Action Guide / EbonHold. You may not use our name, logo, or brand assets except as permitted through our Creator Hub or with prior written consent.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Discord, Blizzard Battle.net, Twitch, Kick, YouTube, GitHub, Warcraft Logs, and Tebex. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of these third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that rotation recommendations will result in any particular performance outcome, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any planned features will be released on any particular timeline.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Action Guide and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through our Discord community or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
